I love this place. Burgers are genius, well cooked.
Owner is a very nice lady, and gives a lot of young people a first opportunity to work.

This is my favorite place for lunch. Favorite items are the vanilla malts (shakes are an option too) and the thin fries. In fact, these are my favorite thin fries from anywhere. Yes, I know, they're just fries but when I make the exception to eat fries I prefer to eat them here. The burgers are good and so is the hot dog. Nothing exceptional but good. Prices are fair and food items include a choice of fries.
I am still not sure why someone doesn't either 1) call out the order/name or 2) look for the customer when the order is ready. So I have to keep checking and then find out the order was ready and sitting there getting cold. So what are the pickup food rules? Customer service is sorely lacking.

I use to love this little place UNTIL December 13th. I called and placed my usual order. A Popper buger and a Malibu chicken sandwich/fries and a banana shake. There were 2 new females working that night. (730pm) HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE FOOD BEFORE I DROVE HOME.... The Fry's were so salty I was not able to eat them. Into the garbage they went. No fry sauce anyway. The Popper burger had NO poppers. The Malibu chicken sandwich Was not even in the bag. Instead there was a deep fried frozen nasty chicken patty. No cheese/ ham. It was to late to return the meal. I was very disappointed in the food . The lack of customer service. The owner for letting these 2 new females that just ruined my favorite place to eat in Lakeview. A $ 22.00 meal wasted. I always leave the ladies a nice tip. I will never return. Back to Subway with my business.

I had the best cheese burger today. Bobby did a great job. I like my burgers medium rare. And juicy! Great job to her and the other employees. Always so friendly.

Lunch today. I had a good Ol American cheese burger and fries and my co worker had the tuna melt with fries. Burger was excellent. Co worker liked his tuna melt. Prices were good and staff was friendly. Stop on by and give it a try.
